  • How do I scan to collect people & things?

On your smartphone, download any QR code reader, or activate your built-in NFC if your phone supports Near Field Communication. You can use any scanning app to collect rich media from pokenTAGs, whether through NFC or using QR. The scan will take you to the browser-based event app where you can save the content. At the end of the day you'll even receive a recap email reminding you what you collected.

In addition to full-featured event information, anyone with a smartphone can log in at m.poken.com and access leading edge features that are a core part of the Poken experience:


Browse all the people and things you've collected.  Browse what your peers are collecting so you don't miss out!


Exchange business cards digitally by taking a picture of your peers' profile code

 

 The Mobile user can also login into his web account to see everything collected in a timeline. 

  • Dynamic timeline of all the people and things collected using a poken or mobile phone, all in one place

  • The event portal may be at www.poken.com or at another web address provided to her by the event organizer

 

 

  • Documents can be downloaded, and business cards can be synchronized to Outlook, SalesForce, etc.

 

Post-event email

The participant receives an email that contains all the people and things she collected

She is also notified of any updates to the documents since she collected them

 

The event web portal and emails can be branded by the organizer

 

The mobile app can be used either to collect information from tags and people, or as a full-fledged event briefcase, providing valuable event information.
